The roster for I’m A Celebrity All Stars has been unveiled, but one famous talent has been left out, leaving fans perplexed.
Former participants will go to South Africa for the special season, which begins next month, to tackle new challenges.
Happy Mondays’ Shaun Ryder, former Countdown queen Carol Vorderman, Coronation Street’s Helen Flanagan, and American beauty and entrepreneur Janice Dickinson have all confirmed their participation.
Former Royal butler Paul Burrell, cricket star Phil Tufnell, boxer Amir Khan, javelin champion Fatima Whitbread, and Diversity’s Jordan Banjo round out the cast.
However, fans have been left perplexed by the removal of Joe Swash, who won the ITV reality competition in 2008.
It comes after Loose Women actress Linda Robson ‘announced’ Joe, 41, as a participant on the programme during an interview on the show in October.

‘You’ve been away for a little while haven’t you?’, Linda asked the actor, to which he replied: ‘Yeah I’ve been away for a little while Lind.’
The host then asked ‘You’re not allowed to say where you was or what you were doing?’
Joe then jokingly responded: ‘I knew you’d get there in the end Lind!’ which sparked speculation the star would be appearing in the series.
Fans have flocked to social media to ask why Joe has not been cast in the programme.
‘Where is Joe Swash? He IS I’m A Celeb,’ one user asked.
Another agreed: ‘You can’t have an all stars line up without Joe Swash!’
Stacey Solomon, the star’s wife, has provided a family update following Joe’s absence from the programme announcement.
The Sort Your Life Out presenter, 33, did not address the cast news, but did offer a health update on her spouse stating he was suffering from ‘man sickness’.
Stacey stated on her Instagram story that her mother had looked after the couple’s children, Rex and Rose, so she could colour her roots and go shopping.
‘I must be the worst wife in the world since all of you are so kind, like “Oh, I hope Joe is okay… I’m going to seem incredibly bad now that I’m “sending love” and wishing him well… But I have no sympathy for man flu,’ she said.
ITV has indicated that other names will appear during the series.
Although no release date has been set, it has been confirmed that the show will air on ITV next month.
