Dami Hope is already bracing himself for another telling off from Indiyah Polack’s parents now he’s exited the Love Island villa.
The reality star and his girlfriend left the ITV2 competition show in third place during Monday night’s final, which saw Ekin-Su Culculoglu and Davide Sanclimenti crowned the winners and take home the £50,000 prize.
Ahead of their flight back to the UK, Dami and Indiyah have been taking some time to think about what the future holds for them and what they’re excited to finally do together.
But, unsurprisingly, Dami’s still preparing for some more probing questions from his partner’s mum after he was savagely put in the hot seat during the meet-the-parents episode last week.
‘Our first thing is we want to go horse riding,’ Indiyah enthused, with Dami explaining: ‘She’s never been on a horse!’
‘I think we’re ready to get stuck in and do adventurous things,’ Indiyah continued.
But obviously, Dami’s a little bit more concerned: ‘I still have to go to her mum’s barbecue and maybe get another grilling..!’

Love Island fans will remember how Indiyah’s mum Dee and sister Shak entered the villa and wasted no time in bringing up Dami’s wild escapades during Casa Amor, which saw him recouple with Summer and three-way kiss.
Indiyah’s mum Dee said: ‘The behaviour, and I’m sure Shak will tell Dami, he’s not been cleared yet. He’s not cleared in my eyes yet either.’
Good luck with that, Dami.

Following her exit from the villa, Indiyah has been reflecting on her time on Love Island.
Sharing her favourite memory from the eight weeks she spent on the show, she said: ‘Definitely our fiesta final date and also the talent show – that was the most fun I’ve had where I’ve not been nervous to do a challenge, especially the sexy ones!
‘That was one of the challenges where I felt like I could just have fun and just enjoy it.’
As for her recorder career following that unforgettable performance, she added: ‘Hopefully in a couple of months I’ll be a grade 10, I think I’m at beginners now!
‘You’ll see my album of recorder stuff – Indiyah and her recorder!’
Love Island: The Reunion airs on Sunday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub.
