Now that new Love Island stunner Samie Elishi has arrived, Ron Hall may have to refocus his attention away from Lana Jenkins and back to her.
Samie, a 22-year-old estate agent, made her South African villa debut on Sunday night, and she quickly got the guys working up a sweat. Ron, Kai Fagan, and Tom Clare were just a few of the fellas who acknowledged they had a thing for Samie.
Given that Tom is again available for dating after his breakup with Zara Lackenby-Brown, he may cause friction between the women Ron and Kai are seeing at the moment, Lana and Tanyel.
Ron, a 25-year-old financial expert, has recently reignited his passion with Lana after being distracted by Zara and Ellie Spence.
Chatting to Samie by the firepit, Ron said: ‘I’ve been a bit naughty in here, I’ve been in quite a few couples [but] I don’t think anyone can be completely closed off.’
In the Beach Hut, he confessed: ‘Samie is 100% my type on paper. She’s petite, brunette… if i could draw what my type is it’s her.’
Shaq Muhamed predicted a storm brewing for Ron as he could see him starting to lust after the new bombshell, and said: ‘ I’m worried about you. You’re giving up Lana to go there. If [you] end up pursuing Samie in a romantic way, then Lana’s gone.’
Rob admitted: ‘Yes the temptation is there. But we all know my situation with Lana, do I want to be back in trouble? No, it’s obviously about temptation.’

But he wasn’t the only one curious about Samie the footballer. The new islander left Kai ‘drooling.’
During a one-on-one with Samie, he said: ‘I’d go home tomorrow if I was true to myself. Now I’m with Tanyel, yeah we get on well but we’re not in a relationship.’
In the beach hut, he said: ‘The chat went well with Samie, really nice girl, absolutely stunning. Want to get to know more about her to be honest.’
Tanyel looked uneasy about the newcomer, despite her loving her; she informed Kai, while he conceded the bombshell was “beautiful,” that she was: “I really dislike this forthrightness.”
She later reasoned: ‘I’m not going to like it if it happens but what can you do?’
Love Island airs every night at 9pm on ITV2.
