Tom Parker sends his family signs to show he’s still with them, his widow Kelsey Parker has said.
The Wanted star and father-of-two Parker died in March at the age of 33, less than two years after being diagnosed with terminal brain cancer.
His death was devastating to his friends, bandmates and fans, and of course to his family, which includes widow Kelsey and two young children Aurelia, three, and Bodhi, two.
Kelsey has been keeping Parker’s memory alive in the painful months since his passing, having shared videos of their children finding his memoir in shops, planned charity events and erected a plaque in his honour.
Now the mum-of-two has opened up on how she gets through life without her husband – and how he sends her signs all the time.
Speaking on Loose Women six months after her late husband’s death, Kelsey revealed: ‘There’s always a sign.

‘We went to Soho Farmhouse for my friend’s hen… we were all gossiping and on the balcony was a white feather and I was like, “Of course he’s here picking up all the gossip”
‘I kept saying to Tom out loud, “Please make it sunny on Saturday” and the sun was shining, but it was forecast to rain all day.’
The young mum is now raising her children without Parker, but says she isn’t on her own – ‘I have a village of people, I’m so lucky that they’re there for me,’ she said, admitting ‘I couldn’t do it without them.’

In remembering her husband and the children’s father, Kelsey tries to make everything a celebration, even painful moments such as the first father’s day and birthdays without him.
While Bodhi is too young to understand where his father has gone, Kelsey said that, for Aurelia, it’s’ very matter of fact that her dad has died’ and she ‘does understand.’
Kelsey – who is planning a 100km walk across the Sahara desert to raise money for cancer charity CoppaFeel! – added that there are moments where she misses Parker more than usual.
‘Evenings are so tough,’ she admitted.
‘The kids go to bed and it’s just me, and that’s the time you speak to your partner – you gossip, you talk and I don’t have that anymore.’
