Georgia Kousoulou and Tommy Mallet have postponed their wedding due to a miscarriage.
The couple, who have a two-year-old son named Brody, found out about the tragedy at their 12-week check in April.
Georgia, 31, and Tommy, 30, disclose that they have postponed their wedding plans in an upcoming episode of their show Georgia and Tommy: Baby Steps, which will broadcast Thursday night on ITVBe.
During the upcoming episodes, according to The Sun, Tommy will spend some one-on-one time with their child and the couple will be followed as they explore the grief of losing their unborn child.
Georgia broke the tragic news to her 2 million Instagram followers last month when she uploaded a black and white snapshot from her hospital bed.
‘Our 12 week scan to be told our baby had not survived & I needed an op…,’ she wrote.
‘12 weeks of feeling every emotion , hoping & praying but in the end , nothing else we could of done.
‘We don’t really have the words to say right now except we are lucky to have amazing family & friends around us .. & most importantly we are blessed to have our beautiful brody who we couldn’t of got through this without him.
‘We will have the words soon but right now we are taking time for us as a family.’
They were inundated with support with Stacey Solomon responding: ‘Sending you so much love and strength. I’m so sorry,’ while Love Island’s Faye Winter added: ‘Sending you all so much love.’
Tommy quickly responded with his own post about how ‘proud’ he is of Georgia.
He shared: ‘& just like that life changes, it’s been a rough few days for my family but as always we keep it moving, Georgia is on the mend and it’s mine and Brodys mission to build her back up..
‘We was documenting the pregnancy for our show and found out the bad news whilst filming, and as a family we’ve always said we need to keep it real no matter what, so we are going to finish the show off and hopefully help some people along the way! (sic)
He added: ‘I’m so proud of Georgia, thank you for the messages we really appreciate it.’
Georgia and Tommy started dating in 2014 and announced their engagement in February 2022 after visiting Mexico.
Georgia and Tommy: Baby Steps airs Thursday at 9pm on ITVBe.
