After much back and forth, Ron Hall and Lana Jenkins have finally had their first ‘real’ kiss.
The Love Island couple, both 25, haven’t had the most secure relationship over the last week, with Ron’s head swivelling all over the place.
Zara Lackenby-Brown’s appearance in particular, surprised him, as Ron was eager to get to know her after their first date.
He didn’t quite explain this to Lana, who was still confused where they stood.
Things only got more complex when Ron started flirting with Tanyel Revan.
But everything appears to be well between the two in the South African villa presently, with Ron certain that he is only interested in one female.
Pulling Lana for a chat in Friday night’s episode, he began: ‘I wanted to talk to you today because I wanna focus all my energy into what we’ve got going on.’
Looking at bombshell Zara, he continued: ‘She’s out of the picture, obviously, and you’re the whole picture.’
‘That’s nice,’ Lana replied, thanking him with a smile.
‘Obviously, with the game, we keep finding ourselves kissing each other in challenges but we haven’t really had a proper one. And I want one now,’ Ron said.

‘Really? I have got lip gloss on,’ Lana giggled, before Ron insisted that he ‘doesn’t care.’
The couple then enjoyed a long smooch, with cameras giving viewers a close-up glimpse in the backdrop as lovey dovey music played.
Turning to mush in the Beach Hut after the snog, Lana said: ‘It feels like he genuinely has a connection with me. This proves that he is for me.
‘I think it’s a good step in the right direction.’

‘That was cute, did you have that planned?’, she asked Ron after the intimate moment.
‘I’ve had that planned for a couple of days,’ he laughed, before she complimented him and said he was ‘smooth.’
‘Nah, just charm, innit? Natural charm,’ Ron joked, hailing it his ‘best night by a mile.’
However, viewers at home were not convinced that the kiss signified anything, with many thinking that Ron can’t be ‘trusted’ in the long run, especially in Casa Amor given his history.
‘I’m not rooting for Ron and Lana sorry’, one tweeted.

‘Lana thanking Ron for choosing her over Zara was a little unsettling… I don’t think Ron will be loyal to her’, one wrote.
‘Ron and Lana being so secure on day 4 tells me they won’t last. Had to say it’, penned another.
There are many Ron and Lana shippers out there, with one calling their kiss “Harry Potter magic” and others already rooting for them to win the £50,000 prize.
‘This is cute. It’s confirmed Ron and Lana are this season’s it couple’, one person tweeted.
‘I actually really love Ron and Lana, got a good feeling about those two’, wrote another.
Time will tell if Ron and Lana go the distance
