After a ‘farting’ mishap, one Britain’s Got Talent audition made a lasting impact on new judge Bruno Tonioli.
The former Strictly Come Dancing judge will appear with Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, and Alesha Dixon in the upcoming season of the ITV talent programme.
Bruno, who took over for David Walliams, has already wreaked havoc on the programme, but he’s now revealed what fans can anticipate from the auditions stage.
And one act in particular appears to be unforgettable.
According to Bruno, a ‘artistic type of flatulating’… sometimes known as farting… occurred on the talent competition stage.
He explained on Friday’s This Morning: ‘To be honest, I don’t think this is right for King Charles!

‘It was hysterical because I’m not really into all of that stuff but what was funny was he kept getting it all wrong, there wasn’t enough gas!’
After watching a preview of the auditionee using his ‘artistic flatulating’ skills to blow out candles on a birthday cake, Bruno continued: ‘It is something! Especially, you didn’t show this, but there were some bits were he kept getting it wrong, there wasn’t enough gas.’
‘I honestly don’t want to know and I don’t care,’ he laughed in hysterics, when asked how he thought the act ‘warmed up’.
‘Towards the end I was actually crying,’ he added.
‘Who came up with that?! How do you rehearse?! Are you rehearsing at home in the kitchen?! It’s beyond!’

Bruno has confessed that he had no idea what to anticipate from the position.
He spilled the beans on the already memorable moment he touched the coveted golden buzzer mid-performance on Thursday’s The One Show.
Each judge, along with hosts Ant and Dec, is given one unique golden buzzer every season, allowing them to send an act straight through to the semi-finals. However, Bruno claims he was informed there were ‘no rules’ on BGT, so he ended up hitting his buzzer not once, but twice!
He said: ‘The crazy thing is, I had no idea I was up for the job. I had no idea. I’d never watched it!
‘How do I research? I got the job then I was on screen the next week.
‘I said, “Well, what are the rules, Simon?”, he said, “There’s no rules, darling, you just do your thing”.
‘Obviously, I did my thing… and you know what!’
‘I love the golden buzzer,’ he added excitedly. ‘Nobody told me that you are supposed to do it only once! I didn’t know! I kept asking him (Simon) and he’s the boss!’
This Morning airs weekdays from 10am on ITV1 and Britain’s Got Talent starts Saturday, April 15 at 8pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
