Dance with Strictly Come Dancing Professionals at BodyHoliday St. Lucia – Jive June, a month dedicated to movement and dance

2021 is the year of Bucket List holidays according to ABTA. And at BodyHoliday St. Lucia, two of the Strictly Come Dancing Professionals, Robin Windsor and Ian Waite, as well as Salsa maestro Jennifer Benavidez, will be helping guests live out their ‘Strictly’ dream, with a month dedicated to movement and dance: Jive June.

Strictly Come Dancing was named the world’s most successful reality TV format by The Guinness Book of World Records and has viewers waltzing and tangoing in front of their screens each year in their millions.

Dancing has so many health benefits, from building muscle strength and tone to improving cardiovascular health and managing weight. It is also a great way to release tension, which after the year we have all had is sure to appeal, especially when the backdrop is the infectiously relaxing and beautiful Caribbean Sea.

Guests will spend days learning everything from Hip Hop and Salsa to Zumba and Aqua Dance. As evening falls, there will be Latin dancing and club nights led by the professional dancers.

All of the personalised programmes include a full weekly schedule of activities, events and classes, in addition to daily spa treatments at the award-winning Wellness Centre.
