I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! In South Africa, an All Stars programme will air next month.
The pre-recorded special takes place outside of the usual Australian jungle this time, and includes familiar names from the series.
It has now been revealed that the performance will broadcast over three weeks, beginning on Monday, April 24.
This launch date may alter due to schedule changes, but we know it will broadcast by the end of next month at the very least.
Long-running hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly revealed last year that several jungle faves would be back for the special, sparking months of conjecture about who might have signed up for a second stint on the show.
But it wasn’t until last weekend’s episode of Saturday Night Takeaway that the pair disclosed who had thrown their hat back in the ring.
Carol Vorderman, Paul Burrell, Jordan Bango, Shaun Ryder, Helen Flanagan, Fatima Whitbread, Phil Tuffnel, Amir Khan, and Janice Dickinson round out the cast.
According to The Sun, we will be able to check in and see how they each perform in just a few weeks.
A preview of what was to come was also provided last weekend, suggesting that there will be plenty of weeping and tantrums as the group attempts it all again.
Of course, Bushtucker Trials will put them all through their tests once more as they compete to be crowned the first ever I’m A Celebrity Legend.
Helen, a former Coronation Street actress, initially appeared on I’m A Celebrity in its 12th series more than a decade ago.
The 32-year-old actress, best known for her role as Rosie Webster in the ITV drama, took part in numerous trials and amused those viewing at home with her delightfully uncomfortable responses.
She is hoping to go further this time after placing seventh last time, despite admitting she is a little’scared’.
However, there has already been some spilling of the beans about what happened in South Africa after Carol seemed to imply there had been some conflict between her and Janice.
Carol was asked about her campmate on Lorraine this week, and she responded, ‘Janice Dickinson, we’ll not talk about her so much.’
Janice competed in the seventh season of the programme in 2007, reaching the final and ending as the runner-up to winner Christopher Biggins.
Carol was the fifth star to be sent home on her season.
I’m A Celebrity All Stars starts on ITV in April 2023.
