J Balvin, Dua Lipa, Bad Bunny and Tainy’s “Un Día (One Day)” hits No. 1 on the Latin Airplay chart (dated Oct. 17). The Spanglish collaboration also lands atop the Latin Rhythm Airplay and Latin Pop Airplay charts for the first time.
“Un Día (One Day)” arrived atop the Hot Latin Songs chart, a blend of airplay, digital sales and streaming data, on the Aug. 8-dated list (and reigned for five consecutive weeks). As it hits No. 1 on three Latin airplay charts in the current week, it becomes the fourth title to top those four Latin charts in 2020. Notably, all the songs include an act who predominantly sings in English. Let’s take a look:

“Un Día (One Day)” arrives atop Latin Airplay (and Latin Rhythm Airplay and Latin Pop Airplay charts) with 11 million in audience impressions, up 47%, earned in the week ending Oct. 11, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data. Among the song’s strongest supporters are New York’s WXNY and WKTU, Chicago’s WVIV, Houston’s KAMA, Miami’s WRTO, WXDJ and West Palm Beach’s WRLX.
With “Un Día” topping Latin Airplay, J Balvin ups his career No. 1 count to 27 and moves closer to Enrique Iglesias’s Latin Airplay record of 31 No. 1s. Dua Lipa, meanwhile secures her first, while bad Bunny and Tainy, claim their 11th and second, respectively.
