Jesy Nelson has dropped a fresh teaser of her new solo music on social media, although the soundless clip is sure to keep fans guessing.
After leaving Little Mix and her bandmates Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall seven months ago, Jesy has been busy behind the scenes on her own music.
Since signing a deal with Polydor in May, the 30-year-old has wasted no time in getting back into the studio.
On an Instagram Story on Monday, the star shared a brief clip that zoomed in on a pair of headphones, resting on a whole swathe of recording equipment in a studio.
Jesy wrote: ‘Pending…’, with a monkey emoji covering its mouth, as the video focused on music playing in an audio computer programme, not that it could be heard.
She’s already teased fans with possible lyrics on social media, posting glamorous snaps of herself in lingerie in May, alongside the caption: ‘Baby all this forbidden s**t.’

The singer left Little Mix in December after nine years with the band, who made history on The X Factor as the first group to win the show.
At the time, she made it clear she was stepping back from the group to prioritise her mental health.
When she announced her solo album deal just five months later, fans were surprised at the move.
In an interview with Cosmopolitan UK, Jesy explained: ‘I feel like there’s been a few people who don’t understand why I left Little Mix but am now in the studio making music. A lot of people said, “I thought you came out of the band to focus on your mental health?”
‘I never said when I put out my statement, that I was coming out of the band to never be in the public eye, perform again or do music. I said I was coming out of the band because I genuinely couldn’t deal with the pressure of being in a girl band.’
She added: ‘For people to think that I would just stop working completely is crazy because me working on my mental health is going to the studio, and creating music that I love. That’s what clears my head and makes me happy. It’s good for my mental health.’
It seems she’s living up to that declaration as she puts in more hours on her new songs ahead of an unannounced release date.
