The Strictly Come Dancing 2020 live shows are finally back on our screens, following the reveal of the pairings.
Maisie Smith was paired with Gorka, and the duo will be dancing the Samba to Samba by Gloria Estefan tonight.
The young actress, who is best known for playing Tiffany Butcher on EastEnders, is already favourite to win, following her win in the Strictly Come Dancing Children In Need special last year.
Judge Shirley Ballas warned Maisie not to let her previous win make her cocky: ‘I know she won the special but if I was Maisie I wouldn’t take anything for granted because doing one dance is not like doing ten weeks,’ she told The Sun.
But how old is the dazzling Maisie Smith, and does the actress have a boyfriend? Here’s all you need to know.
How old is Maisie Smith?
Maisie Smith was born in Essex on July 9, 2001 – making her 19-years-old.
Many people are surprised to discover how young Maisie is, as the actress is talented beyond her years.
She made her acting debut as Young Elizabeth in The Other Boleyn Girl when she was just seven years old – and first appeared on EastEnders as Tiffany Butcher that same year.
Does Maisie Smith have a TikTok account?
Yes, Maisie does indeed have a TikTok account, with the username @maisielousmith.
Maisie currently has an impressive 1.8 million followers on TikTok, and 23 million likes.
She posts funny skits and dance videos (which have hopefully made for good practise for her stint on Strictly!)
Does Maisie Smith have a boyfriend?
Maisie is seemingly single and has not spoken publicly about having a partner.
She was previously linked to EastEnders co-star Zack Morris, 21, after they were spotted ‘getting close’ at the EastEnders 35th anniversary party.
A source told MailOnline in February this year: ‘Maisie and Zack are very close off-screen, as well as being a married couple in EastEnders.
‘They were the only cast members to share the same cab home together after the party on Saturday night.’
However, Maisie set the rumours straight and told the publication: ‘I film most of my scenes with Zack, naturally we’ve built a great friendship. Nothing but mates.’
Zack added: ‘The majority of our filming days are spent together so we have grown closer as friends but nothing more than that.’
The Strictly Come Dancing live shows begin tonight on BBC One at 7.25pm.
