Former I’m A Celebrity stars Joey Essex and Vicky Pattison are reportedly going to be making an appearance on the 2020 series.
On Sunday 15 November, I’m A Celebrity is set to make its highly-anticipated return, with celebrities including Olympian Sir Mo Farah, former Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer AJ Pritchard and podcaster Giovanna Fletcher going head to head in a bid to become King or Queen of the Castle.
Fans of the ITV show were no doubt thrilled to learn who was entering Gwrych Castle in Wales, with individuals including Eastenders actor Shane Richie and television presenter Vernon Kay finally confirmed after weeks of rumoured castings.
However, a few familiar faces may also be making appearances on the new series, it has been reported.
According to The Sun, reality star Joey will join past I’m A Celebrity winners Vicky and Charlie Brooks by making a return to the show.
However, in what capacity…. we can’t yet be sure.
None of the former I’m A Celeb contestants have reportedly been told what they will be doing on the new series.
Nonetheless, they have supposedly been instructed to be ready for ‘all eventualities’, with ITV producers considering scenarios such as having Joey, Vicky and Charlie present a trial or having them sleep in the camp overnight.
They may also take part in new features on the show, which have yet to be announced.
Ex-Eastenders actor Charlie won the 12th series of I’m A Celebrity in 2012, with former Geordie Shore star Vicky becoming Queen of the Jungle three years later.
Joey, on the other hand, came in fourth during his stint on I’m A Celebrity in 2013.
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! starts on Sunday 15 November at 9pm on ITV.
