Last week, there was a bit of tension between Shane and AJ over the camp chores.
The pair had previously had a disagreement over the washing up, but then things simmered between them once again when new camp leader Giovanna Fletcher announced AJ and Jessica Plummer had replaced Shane with the cleaning.
Making light of the switch, Shane jokingly threw his tins on the floor after finishing his meal – and, well, the look AJ gave him said it all.
Shane’s son Shane Nolan Jr has been giving his own commentary on the castle antics every night on Instagram.
In his latest video, Shane Jr was answering his followers questions about the series, as well as expressing his own views and opinions.
The soap star’s shut down one of the questions which appeared to suggest that he ‘hated AJ’.
‘I don’t hate AJ,’ he insisted. ‘I don’t hate AJ at all, I think he’s a nice lad.
‘I’m just saying I don’t think he’ll be in the top five that’s all, I could be wrong and I don’t care if he is, great.’
The comment came after Shane Jr shared his thoughts on who would be in the top three in the final.
To which he said: ‘I think they have all done extremely well to get to this point, only a few days left.
‘Giovanna is favourite because she is so lovely, she hasn’t done a lot of trials, but it’s nice to see someone so nice doing well. I like Giovanna.
‘My top three now are my dad, Giovanna and Jordan (North), that’s the three I think.
It comes after AJ’s brother Curtis Pritchard branded Shane ‘lazy’ for not doing his chores on camp.
Speaking his his latest podcast, Curtis was joined by their parents Debi and Adrian, where they discussed all the camp drama.
After his mum filled Curtis on what had gone on in camp regarding the chores, the former Love Island star weighed in and said: ‘So I’m going to just say it then – Shane has been lazy basically.
‘He ain’t pulling his weight around and ain’t doing his chores.’
Stepping in to defend him, Deb said: ‘Shane is Shane and he’s fine.’
‘He’s got a big personality, he’s lovely and everything, but Shane you’ve got to do your jobs, you can’t be in that place not doing them,’ Curtis added.
