Something tells us David Ginola, Adam Woodyatt and Naughty Boy are going to be spending a lot of time in the shower after the latest trial on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, as the trio are covered in gunk in the dreaded Cells of Hell.

In news that may not come as a surprise to viewers, Naughty has – yet again – been chosen for the challenge of winning stars for camp, this time with the music producer being joined by former footballer David and EastEnders star Adam.

The Bushtucker Trial will see the group work together in different cells to try and find keys, with the preview revealing Naughty’s despair as something undoubtedly dreadful is dropped on him from above.

In the clip released ahead of tonight’s episode, David is using a key to open a lock attached to the wall when Ant and Dec announce that offal is showering down on top of him. Lovely.

‘Oh my god!’ David yells, as Naughty can be heard in a neighbouring cell shouting over the substance covering him.

As the former Spurs player passes the key into the second locker to Adam, the presenters reveal that there’s also fish guts and rotten fruit and veg in the cells with them.

Once the key makes its way to Naughty, he goes to use it on a lock when something red drops on him, prompting the DJ to exclaim in disgust as Ant and Dec laugh on the sidelines.

During last night’s episode, viewers were heartened by the show of affection between David and Danny Miller.

The former Emmerdale actor admitted that he was feeling homesick, as David gave his friend a supportive pep talk.

‘It’s going to be fine,’ he said. ‘Concentrate on the food and think about how lucky you are. You have a lovely wife, a three-week-old baby boy. You need to be strong for them as well.

‘They want to see you strong. When your son is going to watch the programme, he’s going to say, “Wow, daddy was strong. He’s a strong man. He’s my idol.” I know it’s hard.’

Danny told David that he couldn’t wait to leave the castle to tell his partner and baby ‘how much I miss them’.

I’m A Celebrity returns tonight at 9.15pm on ITV.
