I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’s Kiosk Kev has led the tributes to camera operator Troy Gordon after news of his death.

Troy has been a lighting and camera operator in Australia since 1985, working under his own company TRG Vision.

He joined the team of I’m A Celebrity in 2017, and remained with the show for three series.

Unfortunately, he was unable to work on the most recent series as the UK team relocated to Wales due to the coronavirus pandemic.

In photos shared by Mark Herlaar, who plays the grumpy Outback Shack runner Kiosk Kev, Troy can be seen grinning with his thumbs up and posing for pictures with his co-worker and friend.

Mark wrote alongside the pic: ‘Tribute to a great man TROY.

‘R.I.P brother loved your company and friendship was great knowing you and working with you.

‘I’ll still be looking for your happy smile and great sense of humor.

‘Take your rest brother . And know you are truly missed .. much love from Tarzan.’

As well as UK’s I’m A Celebrity, Troy became a regular face behind-the-cameras of some of Australia’s most beloved reality shows.

This includes Australian Survivor in 2016 and 2017, the Queensland series of Married at First Sight, and the German version of I’m A Celebrity.

He also covered significant news stories including the Gulf War, the Thailand tsunami, and the Oscars.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is available on ITV Player.
