Liberty Poole has been tipped to sign up for I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! after she won the hearts of the nation on ITV2’s Love Island over the summer.

Although Liberty, 21, didn’t ultimately end up finding love in the Majorcan villa, she found a new best friend in Kaz Kamwi and adoration of viewers at home.

And it seems this is making her a target for another popular show, with her the currently a favourite to take part in this year’s series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

The Brummie beauty is currently at 2/1 odds to join the line-up of this year’s series, which will air later in the autumn.

Liberty’s odds have been slashed from 3/1 to 2/1 in recent days after her exit from the villa, according to bookmakers Ladbrokes.

Jessica O’Reilly of Ladbrokes said: ‘Liberty may have missed out on success in the Love Island villa, but the odds suggest she’s got a great chance of becoming the latest queen of the castle instead.’

Of course, with speculation rife over who might make it into the gates of the haunted castle, there are many names continuing to float around.

Other famous faces tipped for a place include Little Mix’s Jade Thirwall, and fellow former Love Islanders, Olivia Attwood and Tom Daley.

There is a crop of soap stars also linked to the show, including Coronation Street’s Sam Aston and Lucy Fallon, as well as former EastEnders actor, Jake Wood.

According to The Sun, Jake is said to be in ‘advanced talks’ with show bosses about making the cut of this year’s stars.

A source told the publication: ‘He would love to go into the jungle. He thinks it would be a great challenge for him and he has of course seen how well other EastEnders stars have done.’

It was recently confirmed the programme would be back in Wales for a second year running as uncertainty surrounding international travel remains.

The castle is currently undergoing a drastic transformation to welcome a host of celebrity names.

This year’s famous faces will enter Gwrych Castle, Abergele with Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly back to host.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! returns later this year to ITV.
