Love Island winner Justine Ndiba has plenty to be thankful for this year and the star revealed her friendship with Cely Vazquez is high on the list.
The pair became everyone’s favorite BFFs during their time on the reality series over the summer and the pair delighted fans after they reunited in real life last week.
Justine shared a snap from the hangout on Thanksgiving as she took the opportunity to show her pal some love.
The reality star wrote: ‘To my chicken nugget on this thanksgiving day, thank you for taking me in this week and taking such good care of me! So blessed to have your nugget self in my life! ?
‘I clucking love you! ?? • • • #happythanksgivng #thankful #bestielove #celine #loveislandusa.’
Cely then commented: ‘My bestie, my sister and partner in stupidity ? LOVE YOU THE HARDEST???’.
The post came after some of the Love Island finalists – Justine, Cely, Johnny Middlebrooks, and Carrington Rodriguez – enjoyed a mini-reunion on November 20.
The gang appeared to hang out at Cely’s new home, as she’s moved to California in order to stay close to her boyfriend Johnny.
Speaking to Metro.co.uk, Justine revealed the contestants have stayed close since they left Las Vegas.
She explained: ‘I live really close to Moira so I’ve seen her a few times since the show. I text Cely, that’s my girl. Honestly, we’re like a family.’
Boyfriend Caleb Corprew added: ‘We do have some pretty close bonds with everyone. I text Carrington pretty regularly, Johnny and I FaceTime each other and we’re checking each other’s relationships as well.
‘There were some cool guys in the show and it’s great to have been able to make some friends in there. It’s a cool takeaway from the whole experience.’
Love Island USA is available to stream on ITV Hub.
