The last ever episodes of Money Heist are on their way, with a final trailer teasing absolutely brutal scenes.
Volume two of the second season looks to be even more dramatic, as The Professor (Álvaro Morte) is seen saying: ‘In the last few hours, I’ve lost people very dear to me.
‘And I won’t let anyone else fall because of this heist.’
‘The end is coming,’ the trailer teases, as we’re thrown into non-stop action.
Fans are completely hyped to see the Spanish series – also known as La Casa de Papel – conclude, as the final episodes come to Netflix on December 3.
Viewers were left gutted by the most recent episodes.
The tragic scenes saw Tokyo (Úrsula Corberó) detonating several grenades attached to her front after being shot multiple times by the military.
As Gandía (José Manuel Poga), chief of security at the Bank of Spain, stood over her, Tokyo smiled as she revealed to him what she’d done, before the explosion rocked the building.
While speaking to Collider, Úrsula, 32, recalled how she felt when she read the very last script for Money Heist, which has gained fans across the globe since its launch in 2017.
‘I cried. I’m a big crier,’ she said.
‘I remember that I sent a picture of me weeping to [Money Heist creator] Álex Pina, and I was not so much crying because it was the last plot, but rather because I knew that that was the last script.’
Úrsula said that she felt ‘melancholic for several days’, as she thought to herself: ‘This is it, we are closing this cycle.’
