We’re not quite sure how it happened, but the end of 2021 is getting closer and Netflix has confirmed it’s releasing a whopping 23 original Christmas TV shows and films from next month.

As the nights begin to draw in for the winter, the streaming service is marking the run up to the holidays with a bucketload of festive content.

The first film to arrive on the platform will be The Claus Family, which focuses on ‘holiday-hating Jules’ who ‘learns of his family’s magical legacy and realises he’s the only hope to save Christmas’.

Premiering on November 5 is Love Hard starring Nina Dobrev and Darren Barnet, all about a journalist who takes a chance on love and travels across the US to be with someone she met online.

A host of other titles including A Castle for Christmas, Father Christmas Is Back, and The Princess Switch 3 will also be arriving next month.

TV shows School of Chocolate, The Great British Baking Show: Holidays, Christmas Flow, Blown Away, Elves and How to Ruin Christmas will also be available for users to binge.
