Paul Gascoigne has gone into more detail than we really needed about the penis tattoo he got when drunk which grows into a tree when ‘hard’ – as he so delicately puts it.
The 35-year-old football ace, who has since been rushed to hospital with a shoulder injury, is currently appearing on the Italian version of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! called Island of the Famous.
And opening up about his body art while also showing off his extremely impressive Italian to social influencer Awed – real name Simone Paciello – the former England international star described the flower that runs across his penis and turns into a tree…
Speaking for the viewers at home, a visibly stunned Awed said: ‘That’s the stupidest thing you’ve said to me.
‘That’s vile, you know that’s disgusting.’
Gazza went through some of his other inks, explaining he’s got the name of his manager Kate Davies as well as her husband and two children.
‘You have your agent’s whole family tattooed on you,’ asked Awed, who didn’t hold back, telling the soccer star they were the ‘ugliest’ tats he’s ever seen.

He also has ‘Mum and Dad’ written in Chinese incorrectly and his stepdaughter, Bianca Gascoigne’s face.
Gazza’s fascination with tattoos has proved beneficial during his battle with alcohol, with the Bournemouth parlour near to where he previously received treatment hailing the sporting hero as ‘part of the family’.
‘Gazza has been in five days in a row now but he doesn’t get tattoos done every day – sometimes he comes in to look at art work or just for a chat,’ one of the tattoo artists said back in 2013.

‘Gazza says he has started to get tattoos done as a way of coping with his demons.
‘The studio never charged the footie player for the tattoos as they saw it as a way to keep him away from his local pubs.’
During his time on Isola dei Famosi, Gazza’s been in fine form, jumping out of helicopters and reunited with his former bodyguard.
However, following one of the show’s challenges, he’s been rushed to hospital with an agonising shoulder injury.
Apparently, the England, Newcastle and Tottenham hero was tasked with grabbing a ball, scrambling through a ditch and then wading under a cargo net before climbing a platform to score a basketball hoop in hopes of landing the meal.
Isola dei Famosi is currently in its second week but, should he return, could see the footballer on the series for two months.
