Ruth Langsford has revealed she and her This Morning co-star Dr Amir Khan shared a very awkward moment when he accidentally called her from the shower.
Ruth’s husband Eamonn spilled the beans on the show, joking: ‘I was on the edge of reporting you to the General Medical Council and maybe having you struck off because you sent an indecent video to my wife while you were working with her.’
Giggling, Ruth recalled: ‘We were working together and staying in the same hotel and I said, “Oh I’ll see you for breakfast, we’ll meet for breakfast.”
‘I was at breakfast and my phone rang and I saw “Dr Amir” and I thought, “Oh he’s probably phoning to say he’s a bit late or something” but he’d actually Facetimed me…’
‘By accident!’ Dr Amir interjected.
‘By accident, he’d just got out of the shower, had no clothes,’ Ruth continued, before insisting: ‘I didn’t look!’

Dr Amir recalled that Ruth had the best response, simply telling him: ‘Oh Amir, it’s fine. I’m just glad you’re not one of those people that likes to FaceTime.’
Just recently, Eamonn left his wife red-faced when he ambushed her about a ‘phantom sprinkler’ spraying urine on their toilet seat at home.
The presenting couple divulged details of their toilet nightmares after a holiday park asked customers to help clean bathrooms due to a shortage of staff.
‘I find it hard cleaning our loo at home,’ Eamonn said before dropping the overshare.

‘There’s some phantom sprinkler, I don’t know what’s going on,’ he continued.
‘It’s not me!’ Ruth insisted.
‘It must be tradespeople,’ Eamonn replied as he hazarded a guess.
‘You’re the only one with the sprinkler,’ Ruth hit back, wagging her finger.
She’s not wrong!
The presenting couple are back hosting the ITV show for seven weeks, after they were replaced on a Friday by Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond.
The Loose Women panelist recently assured she is still close to Alison, despite the drama surrounding the controversial This Morning shake-up.
‘I speak to Alison all the time,’ she told OK! Magazine. ‘She’s a friend of mine.’
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV.
