Strictly Come Dancing 2020: HRVY announces social media break to focus on making music

Strictly Come Dancing star HRVY has told fans that he is planning to take a break from social media.

The singer, who recently took part in the Strictly final, confirmed the news on Instagram and announced his intention to focus on making music for the time being.

‘Thinking of you all, just taking some time away from my phone,’ HRVY posted on his Instagram story.

‘Be back soon, can’t wait to be back making music.’

HRVY reached the final of the dancing competition earlier this month, eventually losing out to champion Bill Bailey. However, it looks like he is turning his attention to music for now.

HRVY was one of the most impressive stars on Strictly this year. He was partnered with professional dancer Janette Manrara on the show, and previously thanked her for ‘loving him when he couldn’t always love himself’.

It wasn’t just his dancing that captured fans’ attention during his time on the show either.
