The Voice fans have been left heartbroken for singer Kim Jennett after the coaches failed to turn around for her.
The rocker performed a unique rendition of R.E.M’s Losing My Religion and, while coaches Anne-Marie, Olly Murs, Will.i.am and Tom Jones were impressed, none of them chose her for their team.
Speaking after the performance, Kim said: ‘Yeah, [I’m a] bit gutted. I gave it my all.
‘I’ve just got quite unique voice, maybe that wasn’t what they were looking for.’
However, she certainly impressed viewers of the show, with fans outraged that the stars didn’t turn for her.
‘@kimjennettsings you deserved 4 turns , totally nailed it #thevoiceuk #robbed,’ one said.
Another added: ‘Kim was amazing!! What’s the fear with taking on a rock artist! Come on!!! For the love of god take a risk judges!!’
‘WTF KIM IS AMAZING WHY #thevoiceuk,’ one more said, while another fan fumed: ‘Kim was good, such a shame.’
Elsewhere on the show, fans were heartbroken for singer Yana Bing after she and her best friend Esther Cole auditioned together.
While Yana didn’t get through with her rendition of Lady Gaga’s Stupid Love, Esther impressed the judges with her version of Let Me Down Slowly by Alec Benjamin.
Speaking after Yana’s blind audition, Olly said: ‘I loved the energy man, that’s my kinda act as well.’
However, after Olly and Will turned for Esther, she gave the coaches a talking to for her best pal.
‘My best friend is Yana, who you didn’t turn for sadly. You should have turned for her,’ she explained.
‘She needs to come back, which is what we are trying to say,’ Olly added.
The Voice returns on Saturday at 8:30pm on ITV.
