Selling Sunset fans have been waiting to see more of the hit reality show since season three hit the air last summer.

It’s now been a year since that run dropped on Netflix, with viewers keen to see more of the goings-on in the Oppenheim Group.

For those who don’t know, the show follows a high-end real estate brokerage firm in LA, including agents like Maya Vander as they navigate their personal and professional lives.

Selling Sunset has been commissioned for a fourth and fifth season, so we know there’s more on the way – it’s just a matter of when, and what the cast will be up to.

Oh, and the small question of Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim’s relationship.

Here’s everything we know so far about the upcoming series.

When is Selling Sunset season 4 coming out?

We don’t have a firm release date yet – but later this year seems to be a pretty safe bet.

Netflix confirmed the show’s renewal back in March, and work has been going on behind the scenes.

Less than two weeks ago, Mary Fitzgerald revealed to OK! that filming on series four was wrapping up and the crew were ready to get started on the fifth season.

Teasing what to expect, she said: ‘It’s been pretty crazy and a lot has changed for people. There are bigger clients, bigger real estate and changes within the cast. It’s going to be epic. I would say season four is going to kill all of the other seasons!’

When did Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim start dating?

Chrishell and her boss Jason went official on July 28 with an Instagram post, revealing the romance to the world.

It’s not quite clear exactly when the relationship started, although she’d been sharing a few photos of them together which made more sense after the recent revelation.

That timeline will also affect whether or not we’ll see the romance play out on screen, but given filming was wrapping around the time they went public, it seems likely there will have been some crossover – although the juicy details could be coming in season five.

The third series delved into Chrishell’s divorce from Justin Hartley after two years of marriage before filing for divorce in 2019, while Jason used to date Mary before her marriage to Romain Bonnet.

Will Chrishell and Jason return for the next season of Selling Sunset?

Now, this we do know – Netflix revealed the returning cast for the next two series when they announced the show had been recommissioned.

They said: ‘Joining Jason and Brett Oppenheim are Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Mary Fitzgerald (and Romain Bonnet), Heather Rae Young, Amanza Smith, Maya Vander, and Davina Potratz.’

There will also be two new cast members as Vanessa Villela and Emma Dernan join the Oppenheim Group.

And Mary had previously said: ‘We do have a couple of new agents. There’s a chance… we keep trying to tell production and Netflix that we want a couple of the other girls on the show because they’re really good friends of ours.

‘They work for the Oppenheim Group and they’re very successful, so I think it would be good to have some new faces. But I don’t know what they’re going to choose.’

Selling Sunset is available to stream on Netflix.
