Aldi launch Christmas 2021 hampers, including two new luxury gift baskets

With less than 100 days until Christmas, it’s time to start thinking about gifts.

A hamper is a great catch-all gift for a group – or just for someone who’s hard to buy for – and the baskets can be used in their home for years to come.

Premium stores have typically dominated the hamper market, but Aldi’s new range might just pip them to the post.

Available for shoppers to pre order on Monday September, the supermarket’s hamper range starts at just £19.99 – over 50% cheaper than Fortnum & Mason’s lowest priced hamper.

There are nine to choose from, two of which are brand new for 2021, including the Sommelier Six Wine Hamper and Aldi’s most luxurious offering yet, the Ultimate Decadence Hamper.

The Christmas Favourites Hamper is under £20, and filled with festive picks.

  • A bottle of Specially Selected Argentinian Malbec

The Chocolate Celebration Hamper – £29.99

The Chocolate Celebration Hamper (£29.99) is perfect for those with sweet tooth.

The basket is filled with an array of indulgent and rich treats, including Moser Roth Salted Caramel Chocolate Stirrers, Moser Roth Orange Fruit Creams and Moser Roth Swiss Box.

The Vegan Hamper – £29.99

At £29.99, The Vegan Hamper at Aldi is £11 cheaper than M&S’s Vegan Treats Bag, and includes a delicious selection of plant-based festive staples.

The Afternoon Treats Selection Hamper – £39.99
